System Memory Configuration
Memory Layout
The board supports (2) PC1600/2100 184-pin DIMMs (Dual In-line Memory
Module). The DIMMs is for DDR SDRAM (Double-Data-Rate Synchronous DRAM)
only.
 Supports Memory Error Correcting Code (ECC).
 Supports 64Mbit, 128Mbit, 256Mbit and 512Mbit technology.
 64-bit data width, plus & 8 bit ECC paths.
 Supports up to two unbuffered DDR DIMMs.
 Supports up to 1Gbytes of memory.
Figure 7 and Table 1 show several possible memory configurations.
* DDR SDRAM supports 64, 128, 256, 512MB and 1GB DIMM modules.
* 1GB module using 512Mb technology.
* Supports PC1600 modules with 2-2-2 timing.
* Supports PC2100 modules with 2-2-2 timing.
