and try to ping the IP address or use traceroute to determine the path taken to the IP address. However, note
that not all networks support ping and traceroute.
If you are unable to resolve your networking issues, contact your network administrator and provide them
with the IP address and MAC address of your Pearl-2; otherwise, contact EpiphanVideo support for
assistance.
To ping or traceroute an IP address:
1. Login to the Admin panel as admin, see Connect to the Admin panel.
2. From the Configuration menu, select Network. The Network configuration page opens.
3. Enter the IP address of Pearl-2 into the Address field and click ping or traceroute. The console-like
results are displayed below the Address field.
