1. Phone Book Menu
The Phone Book allows you to store frequently used phone numbers and the associated names in your personal directory to
make it easy for you to make a call without remembering or entering the phone number. You can store up to 99 entries. Each
entry can contain up to 32 digits (numbers), with an associated name of up to 14 characters.
1. Phone Book 1. Find
In this menu, you can search Phone Book for an entry using a name, entry number, and group name. Example, by
“Name”: This option allows you to find an entry by entering a person’s name
.
1. Phone Book 2. Add
You can also add any numbers from Call History or create an entry to Phone Book.
Simply press type your entry and press ‘Save’ softkey at the end. With each entry
created, you will be asked to put a name, a number, a speed dialing, and a
distinctive Ring Tone to each entry
1. Phone Book 3. Call Info
You can use the Call History menu to:
1. View and dial the most recent calls you dialled, received, or missed.
2. Erase the numbers in the call log memory
3. View the time duration of calls
I. Dialed
The phone stores up to 20 of the most recent calls you dialed, When you access this menu, a list of the
dialed calls displays
II. Recceived
This option lets you view up to 20 of the most recent calls you received, (along with Caller ID) if you are
subscribed to the Caller Line Identification service. Contact service provider for more information about
this service. When you access this menu, a list of the incoming calls displays.
III. Missed
If Caller Line Identification is available, your phone keeps a list of the most recent 20 incoming calls that
you failed to answer.
IV. Erase
This feature erases all call logs from Dialled/Received/Missed
V. Duration
Note: This feature is not intended to be used for billing purposes.
The following options are available:
- Last Call Time
This information shows about the last call, such as the duration of the call,
the other person’s phone number and the date and time when the call was made.
- All Dialled
This information shows the number of all calls you have made and the total
duration of the calls since the time counter was last set to zero by using ‘Clr Air Time’

Enter this menu to check your phone number (MIN)
2. Message Menu
Your phone can send and receive text messages. It can also receive voice mail notifications. When the phone receives a
message, an alert sounds and a text notification displays along with the name and phone number of the sender, if available.
The ‘Message icon’ remains on the screen at standby time until you read the new text messages or you listen to the new
voice mail messages. Messages are received even when your phone is in Lock mode.
2. Message 1. Write
You can create a text message of up to 160 characters and send it to other mobile phones and FWP’s
1. Enter the send phone number
2. Enter the text message
3. When you finish entering text. Press the ‘OK’ softkey
4. Select your Message Priority from Normal, Emergency, or Urgent and then press the ‘Ok’ softkey.
5. Select whether you want Delivery ACK (Delivery Acknowledgement) for your message and then press the ‘Ok’
softkey.
Select the option (Send, Send&Save) and then press the ‘OK’ softkey to send the message.
