5. Basic Operations
5-1.Turning Power On
1. Simply plug the power adaptor into a standard AC wall outlet.As soon as power adaptor is plugged, the phone is
operational.The power-on image displays and an alert sounds.When your phone locates service, it displays the current
timeand date. You can now place and receive calls. If the phone isout of the service area, the No Service Message will
appearon the display. In this case, you cannot place and receivecalls. You can try again later when service is available.
2. When you wish to turn your phone off, simply unplugthe power adaptor from either from the phone, orfrom a standard
AC wall outlet. (When in BatteryMode (on/off) through Sungil provided)
3. If you are powering on with battery in place, then simply use the battery switch on the backof the phone. Please ensure
that your battery is charged for your operation.This battery mode is only intended for emergency back-up purpose.Battery
Indication can be found at the right end corner of the display icon.
