B. PRODUCT WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD
In order to validate the warranty on your product, EOC Company must receive a completed Product
Warranty Registration Card for each unit, or the user must complete warranty registration on our web-
site (www.eoccompany.de). Please complete the included form (Appendix C) and immediately mail it
to our Service Center: EOC EUROPEAN OPTIC COMPANY GmbH, Dopplerweg 4A, 40591, Düsseldorf,
Germany.
