b. If the “Current Value” is greater than 1% then the Trimble handheld computer will display the following
message “Verify calibration gas value and/or restore factory calibration”. The user may restore the factory
calibration by taping the “Restore Factory Calibration” button on the “Calibration … Zero” screen. The user
should then try to recalibrate. If the unit will not calibrate then the user should contact technical support at
Elkins Earthworks® at 330-725-7766.
