GENERAL CARE OF YOUR FIXTURE
[a] The minimum distance between the luminaire and combustible materials such as walls, ceilings, movable
partitions, and the like, lighting equipment, and other heat generating equipment is 203 mm (8 in.).
[b] The maximum temperature of the installed environment is 40°C. Please ensure safe operation of the luminaire
(the users have to check the temperature by a thermometer. If the ambient exceeds 40°C within the growing
space, user needs to use a mechanical ventilation or cooling system to maintain the temperature within the
growing space below 40°C when the luminaire is in operation.).
[c] The power supply cord
1) shall not be concealed or extended through a wall, floor, ceiling, or other parts of the building structure,
2) shall not be located above a suspended ceiling or dropped ceiling,
3) shall not be permanently affixed to the building structure,
4) shall be routed so that they are not subject to strain and are protected from physical damage,
5) shall be visible over their entire length, and
6) shall be used within their rated ampacity as determined for the maximum temperature of the installed
environment specified in the instructions.
[d] Suitable for wet location.
[e] THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPLICABLE INSTALLATION CODE
BY A PERSON FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATIO NOF THE PRODUCT AND THE
HAZARDS INVOLVED.

• These photobiological safety markings are based on testing of the light output characteristic of a single
horticultural luminaire. Increased exposure risk to facility personnel may be present depending upon the number
of horticultural luminaires and their placement and/or positioning within the plant growth facility.
• Plant growth facilities have an obligation to deal with these risks at the facility level and to ensure that people are
able to enter the plant growth areas while the lights are on, are aware of these risks, and that appropriate
safeguards are in place.
