2.3 PAIRING THE DEVICE WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE
Speakerphones are conn ected to mobile phone s usi ng a proced ure call ed ‘p airing’. By
following a fe w simple steps, a p hone can be paired with a speakerphone in a matter of
minutes.
1. a) First time pairing:
When you turn on your DEVICE for first time, it will be in pairing mode.
B) Enter pairing mode:
Turn the DEVICE on.
1) Pre ss a nd hold the MFB until you hear the an nouncement “Pair mod e” and the
Connection status icon will begin to flash.
2) Tap the MFB or say “Hello, Drive NTalk (drive and talk)” when the voice trigger is on.
When you hear “Say a comma nd” anno uncement, say “Pai r mode. ” Th en, the
Connection status icon will begin to flash.
2. Activate Bluetooth function on your m obile pho ne. Then set your mobile phone to
search for Bluetooth enabled devices and select ‘BHF2000S’ on the list.
3. Press ‘OK’ on the phone and if you are asked for a PIN code, enter the PIN code ‘0000’
(4 zeros).
