102: Card not in position
The card did not reach the position for the next action, such as processing the card
or ejecting the card.
1. Unlock and open the printer supplies access door.
2. Press the silver button and open the printer swingarm.
3. Remove the ribbon cartridge.
4. Turn the manual advance knob on the printer component and remove card.
5. Replace the ribbon cartridge and close the printer.
6. Close and lock the printer supplies access door.
7. Press the U
SER button and send the card to print again.
103: Printer problem
The printer component has a problem that prevents it from completing the card.
1. Press the P
OWER button to power it off.
2. Press the P
OWER button to power it on again.
104: Critical problem
1. Press the POWER button to power the printer off.
2. Request service.

• The system needs to remain powered off due to an internal problem.
105: Magstripe data error
The printer component could not verify the magnetic stripe data written on the
card. The printer encoded data on the card but could not verify all of the data.
To print the card again:
1. Insert a magnetic stripe card that matches the printer settings.
2. Press the U
SER button on the Front Panel.
