72 Troubleshooting
Respond to Messages
Messages can appear on the LCD display of the front panel to identify various
operational conditions and errors of card production on the system.
Printer Component Messages (100-124)
Embosser Component Messages (125-151)
Important! Always discard damaged, rejected or partially printed cards
according to your established procedures.
Printer Component Messages (100-124)
Messages 100-124 indicate a condition in the printer.
100: Request not supported
To process the card:
1. Change the data to match the systems features and settings.
2. Press the U
SER button to clear the error and send the new card to print again.
101: Job could not complete
The card took too much time.
To send the card again:
1. Make sure all data for the card is available.
2. Press the U
SER button and send the card to print again.
