120: User paused the printer
The USER button on the printer was pressed while a card was in process. Press the
U
SER button again to continue processing cards.

INTS & TIPS
• If this message occurs often, ask the system administrator to change the LCD
sensitivity to a lower value.
122: Magnetic stripe format problem
The magnetic stripe data sent does not match the format set in the system.
• Ask your administrator for information about the data to send.

INTS & TIPS
The printer component has format settings for the data that can be encoded on
the card. The magstripe data sent does not match those settings.
• Ask your administrator to verify that the card, the data, and the printer
settings match.
123: Insert new card then continue
The card requires you to insert a new card in the manual slot.
1. Make sure there is a card in the H2 hopper or insert a card into the external
manual card slot.
2. Press the U
SER button to resume.
HINTS & TIPS
• Make sure to use the correct type of new card for this job.
• Do not touch the card surface to be printed. Wear gloves or handle cards by
their edges

The card must be turned by hand to print the second side. Contact your system
administrator for assistance.
