the correct distance between the wall tracks at the top. (1) Drill and fix the left hand track with one 50 mm screw in centre of the slot-hole, (as previously done on the right hand side track). Remove the spacer bar. 1. CHECK THE GARAGE OPENING Check opening measurements A (width) and B (height) to ensure you have the correct size of door for the opening.
12. TOF 9. Install the spring holding brackets and fix to the wall. (1) Put the right half of spring balancing package up, by letting the spring shaft rest in the centre-bearing bracket. (2) Hook the spring bracket into the spring holding bracket. (3) Fix the spring bracket to the spring holding bracket by 1 panel screw. (4) Remove the lock pin left and right springs (5). The spring break device is now activated. Put the bearing ring on to the centre-bearing bracket.
15. TOF Put the cable guide into the bottom of end cap, right and left side of bottom section. (1) Put the spring on the shaft and give the shaft some oil. (2). Slide the door cable on to the roller shaft. (3) Turn the rollers into the wall track and fix the bottom bracket to the section using 5 x panel screws. ATTENTION: Use the upper hole (4), not to damage the cable guide. Repeat for the left hand side. Take the door cable to the right and the left drum (2), and fix the cables on to the drum. (3).
22. Close the door and fix the logo outside upper right corner of the door. TROUBLESHOOTING The door is difficult to open and / or close Adjust the torsion springs to add / remove spring tension. Align ceiling runners and curved segments. Measure corner to corner on the ceiling tracks. This measurement should be equal. If not, reposition the tracks to ensure they are parallel and square to the opening.
