Set Top Box
1. USB Connects the set top box to technician’s equipment and other
devices.
2. SATA Connects the set top box to an external DVR storage device.
3. HDMI Connects the set top box to your HDTV using an HDMI cable -
provides audio and video.
4. Audio Optical (S/PDIF) Connects the set top box to a home theater
system via fiber optic cable - provides audio only.
5. S-Video Connects the set top box to your TV to provide high-quality
video - provides video only.
6. Audio Digital (S/PDIF) Connects the set top box to a home theater
system via copper wire - provides audio only.
7. Audio Left/Right Connects the set top box to provide stereo audio -
provides audio only.
8. Video Video Connects the set top box to provide good quality video -
provides video only.
9. Video Pb/Pr/Y Connects the set top box to your TV to provide very
high-quality video - provides video only.
10. TV Out Connects the set top box to your TV using a standard coax
cable - provides audio and video.
11. MAT V Out Connects the set top box to additional TVs using a standard
coax cable - provides audio and video.
12. ATSC In Connects the set top box to a high definition TV.
13. HPNA/Caller ID Connects the set top box to a phone jack to provide
on-screen Caller ID.
14. Ethernet Connects the set top box to the video service using a CAT5
Ethernet cable.
15. Remote Antenna Connects an external antenna to the set top box to
receive signals from additional remote control in other rooms.
16. DC Input Provides power to the set top box.
