Example
This example shows how to configure a rising RMON alarm. This entry will conduct monitoring of
the delta between samples every 30 seconds:
fevent fevent Specifies the index number of the RMON event to be
triggered when the falling threshold is crossed.
owner owner (Optional) Specifies the name of the entity that configured
this alarm entry.
