3.3.7 Setting Port Traps
Purpose
To display the status, and to enable or disable an SNMP link trap on one or more ports.
This operation is typically used to alert the system manager of a change in the link status
of the port.
Commands
The commands needed to display, enable or disable port traps are listed below and described in the
associated section as shown.
• show port trap (Section 3.3.7.1)
• set port trap (Section 3.3.7.2)
