Mid-Mounting in a Two-Post Rack System
Tomountthechassisinatwo‐postracksystem,performthefollowingsteps:
1. AttachbracketstothechassisasshowninFigure 2‐8.
a. Placeamountingbracket(A)alongonesideofthechassisinthemid‐mountposition.
b. Aligntheholes(B)inthebracketwiththetabs(C)on
thechassisandplacethebracket
againstthechassis.
c. Slidethebrackettowardthefrontofthechassistotheendoftravel.
d. Fastenthebrackettothechassisusingscrew(D).
e. Repeatstepathroughstepdtoattachabrackettotheothersideofthechassis.

a. PositionanLbracket(A)onthebacksideofthecenterpost(C).
b. AttachtheLbrackettothecenterpostusingthescrews(B)suppliedwithyourrack.Do
notfullytightenatthistime.
c. Repeatstepaandstepbto
