•filter‐typ especifieswhetherthisfilterincludesorexcludesmessagesfromthespecified
subtree‐oid.Options:includeorexclude.Includemeansthatnotificationsthatarepartof
thesubtreewillbefilteredout.Exclude
meansthatnotificationsthatarepartofthesubtree
willbesent.
•subtree‐oidisavalidSNMPobjectidentifier(OID)whosemessagesyouwanttoinclud ein
