Syntax
set snoop map filter-name dap dap-num radio {1 | 2}
Defaults
Snoopfiltersareunmappedbydefault.
Mode
Enabled.
Usage
Youcanmapthesamefiltertomorethanoneradio.Youcanmapuptoeightfilterstothesame
radio.Ifmorethanonefilterhas thesameobserver ,theDAPsendsonlyonecopyofapacketthat
matchesafiltertotheobserver.Afterthefirstmatch,
theDAPsendsthepacketandstops
comparingthepacketagainstotherfiltersforthesameobserver.
Ifthefilterdoesnothaveanobserver,theDAPstillmaintainsacounterofthenumberofpackets
thatmatchthefilter.(Seeshowsnoopstatsonpage 22‐11.)
