Usage
Touse40‐bitWEPwithWPAclients,youmustalsoenabletheWPAIE.
When40‐bitWEPinWPAisenabledintheserviceprofile,radiosmanagedbyaradioprofilethat
ismappedtotheserviceprofilecanalsosupportnon‐WPAclientsthatusedynamicWEP.
To
supportWPAclientsthatuse104‐bitdynamicWEP,youmustenableWEPwith 104‐bitkeysin
theserviceprofile.Usethesetservice‐profilecipher‐wep104command.
MicrosoftWindowsXPdoes notsupportWEPwithWPA.Toconfigureaserviceprofiletoprovide
dynamicWEPforXPclients,leave
WPAdisabledandusethesetservice‐profilewepcommands.
Tosupportnon‐WPAclientsthatusestaticWEP,youmustconfigurestaticWEPkeys.Usetheset
service‐profilewepkey‐indexcommand.
