SetstheintervalatwhichRF Auto‐Tuningdecideswhethertochangethechannelsonradiosina
radioprofile.Attheendofeachinterval,MSSprocessestheresultsoftheRFscansperformed
duringthepreviousinterval,andchangesradiochannels ifneeded.
Syntax
set radio-profile name auto-tune channel-interval seconds
Parameters

Thedefaultchannelintervalis3600seconds(onehour).
Mode
Enabled.
Usage
EnterasysNetworksrecommendsthatyouuseanintervalofatleast300seconds(5minutes).
RF Auto‐Tuningcanchangearadio’schannelbeforethechannelintervalexpiresinresponsetoRF
anomalies.Eveninthiscase,channelchangescannotoccurmorefrequentlythanthechannel
holddowninterval.
Ifyousetthe
intervalto0,RF Auto‐Tuningdoesnotreevaluatethechannelatregularintervals.
However,RF Auto‐TuningcanstillchangethechannelinresponsetoRFanomalies.

Thefollowingcommandsetsthechannelintervalforradiosinradioprofilerp2to2700seconds
(45 minutes):
