Setstheminimumrateatwhicharadioisallowedtotransmittraffictoclients.Theradio
automaticallyincreasesitstransmitpowerwhennecessarytomaintainatleasttheminimumrate
withanassociatedclient.

Usage
Ifthedataratefortrafficsentbyaradiotoanassociatedclientfallsbelow thedefaultminimum
rate,theradioincreases power,in1dBmincrements,untilallclientsareatorabovetheminimum
rate.
Afterallclientsareatorabovetheminimumdatatransmitrate,theradio
reducespowerby
1dBm.Aslongastheradiocontinuestotransmitattheminimumdatarateorhigherforall
clients,theradiocontinuesreducingpowerin1 dBmincrementsuntilitreturnstoitsnormal
powerlevel.
