OnanonseedRoamAboutswitch,setstheIPaddressoftheseedRoamAboutswitch.This
commandisusedonamemberRoamAboutswitchtoconfigureitasamember.IftheRoamAbout
switchiscurrentlypartofanotherMobilityDomainorusinganotherseed,thiscommand
overwritesthatconfiguration.
