Youmustfirstsetthetimezonewiththesettimezonecommandfortheoffsettoworkproperly
withoutthestartandendvalues.
Configuresummertimebeforeyousetthetimeanddate.Otherwise,summertime’sadjustmentof
thetimewillmakethetimeincorrect,ifthedateiswithinthesummertime
period.
