targetparamsentriesanddeterminesthisdescriptionwasmadewiththesetsnmp
targetparamscommand,whichtellsexactlywhichSNMPprotocoltouseandwhat
communityorusernametoprovide.
4. Verifiesthatthespecifiedname,configuredusingeitherthesetsnmpcommunityorsetsnmp
usercommandisavailable.
5. Sendsthe
notificationmessagetothetargetaddress.
