Clearing Port Mirroring
Usethiscommandtoclearaportmirroringconfiguration:
clear port mirroring {igmp-mcast | source destination}
X-Series
TheX‐SeriesRouterallowsyoutomirror(orredirect)receivedandtransmittedtrafficbeing
switchedonaportforthepurposesofnetworktrafficanalysisandconnectionassurance.When
portmirroringisenabled,oneportbecomesamonitorportforanotherportwithinthesystem.
TheXRoutersupportsone
‐to‐one,one‐to‐many,many‐to‐one,andmany‐to‐manymirroringof
trafficreceivedandtraffictransmittedonphysicalIOMports.
Portsmustbeinswitchmodeinordertoparticipateinmirroring.

Note: IGMP mirroring functionality (igmp-mcast) is not supported on N-Series Gold devices.
Note: If you configure a port mirror on an uplink (tagged) port, make sure the port is assigned to
egress frames with that VLAN tag. For more information about configuring VLANs, refer to your
product’s Configuration Guide.
Notes: VLAN, IDS, and LAG mirroring are not supported on the X-Series.
