UnpacktheDFEmoduleasfollows:
1. OpentheboxandremovethepackingmaterialprotectingtheDFE module.
2. Verifythecontents ofthecartonaslistedinTable 3‐1.
3. Removethetapesealonthenon‐conductivebagtoremovetheDFE module.
4. PerformavisualinspectionoftheDFE moduleforanysignsof
physicaldamage.

Mini‐GBICconnections.

modules in a Matrix E7 chassis.
