Router Disables automatic route summarization. This enables CIDR,
allowing RIP to advertise all subnets and host routing information
on the device. For details, refer to Section 13.1.1.16.

Router Instructs the router to send unicast RIP information to a specific IP

Router Adds or removes an offset to the metric of an incoming or outgoing
