21. Duringthecommissioningprocess,the
MSMIPaddressisautomaticallyconfigured
onthefrontpanelEthernetport(eth0).ToconfiguretheIPaddressonabackpanel
Ethernetport(eth1oreth2),youmusteditthe/etc/rc.d/rc.inet1.conffileandenterthe
IPaddressandnetmaskintheappropriateplacefortheinterface(s)youwantto
configure.
ItisrecommendedthatyoudonotuseDHCP.Inaddition,atthebottomof
thefileyoucanchangethedefaultgatewayIPaddressyouspecifiedduringthe
commissioningprocess,ifdesired.
Note: To change the IP address of the management server, type the following command
at the MSM CLI: /opt/tag/configMgmtIP
