Purpose
Toreview,enableordisableportflowcontrol. Flowcontrolisusedtomanagethetransmission
betweentwodevicesasspecifiedbyIEEE 802.3xtopreventreceivingportsfrombeing
overwhelmedbyframesfromtransmittingdevices.
