Using Web Management
TousetheWebinterfacetominimallyconfiguretheaccesspoint,performthefollowing steps:
1. OpenaWebbrowserandentertheaccesspoint’sIPaddressintheaddressfield:
–IfyouraccesspointusesaDHCPassignedIPaddress,makesuretheaccesspointis
connectedtoyournetworkandenter
theDHCPassignedIPaddressinyourbrowser’s
addressfield(useyourDHCPserverorotherutilitytodeterminethe accesspoint’sIP
address).
–IfyouraccesspointusesastaticIPaddress,connectasystemtotheaccesspoint’sEthernet
portandenterthedefaultIPaddress:http://192.168.1.1/inyour
browser’saddressfield.
Theaccesspoint’sLoginwindowappears.
2. EntertheusernameadminandthepasswordpasswordandclickLOGIN(formore
informationabouttheusernameandpassword,refertoRefertotheRoamAboutAccessPoint
3000ConfigurationGuideforadvancedconfigurationinformation.
