Use this command to send a message to one or all users.
tell {dest | all} message
Syntax Description
Command Defaults
None.

Example
This example shows how to tell all users about a system reset:
dest Specifies the user to which this message will be sent.
Valid syntax is user@location.
all Sends a broadcast message to all users.
message Text message.
