UTPserialinterfacecableterminatedwithaDB9femaleconnectorandaDB25female

connectorandproceedasfollows:

1. ConnecttheDB9femaleconnectoratoneendofcabletotheConsoleportDB9male

connectorontheEnterasysswitch.(IfthereisaswitchdesignatedastheManager,

connecttoitsConsoleport.)

2. PlugtheDB25femaleconnectorattheotherendofthecableintotheportlabeled

COMMontheVTterminal.

3. TurnontheterminalandaccesstheSetupDirectory.Setthefollowingparameterson

yourterminal.
