18.4 default-policy
Thedefaultpolicycommandmovesyouintothevnsmode:defaultpolicycontext.The
vnsmode:defaultpolicycontextprovidescommandsfortheconfigurationofthedefaultpolicy.
Thedefaultpolicydefinitionsprovideaplaceholderforcompletionofincomplete(nochange)
policiesfortheVNSbeingconfigured.RefertoChapter 20,policyCommandsforacomplete
discussionofpolicycommands.
Thedefaultpolicyspecifies:
•AtopologytousewhenaVNSiscreatedusingapolicy(nonauthpolicy)thatdoesnot
specifyatopology.ThedefaultassignedtopologyistheBridgeTrafficLocallyatAPtopology.
•Aninboundandoutboundratecontrolprofile.Thedefaultratecontrol
profileis“Unlimited”.
•Asetoffilters.Thedefaultfiltersetisasingledenyallrule.
