Alarms/Events and System Limits
T1 Stop controller failed for slot/card/port. Stop command sent to driver returned an error.
T1 Bind controller failed for slot/card/port. Bind command sent to driver returned an error.

interface) has experienced a signficant, but recoverable
problem. The interface has already corrected the problem by
resetting itself.

due to receive FIFO overrun is greater than 255. This alarm will
only occur once.
