Enterasys Networks is proud to announce its newest suite of maintenance services -- SupportNet. SupportNet pricing uses a competitive,
banded, chassis-based pricing model instead of the present percentage of list price per-component model. With SupportNet, you pay on
e
service price for a chassis, including all of the components in that chassis. And like our competitors' programs, SupportNet requires tha
t
customers and partners register all parts housed in a chassis for entitlement and service delivery purposes.
SupportNet is now available in North America for new product orders which may include new deployment or recent purchase which has no
t
previously been covered under and Enterasys Availability Services contract. Service contract renewals will be eligible at a later date
.
SupportNet (ES-SN) The cornerstone offering of the portfolio features the core technical services required to support all your hardware products
effectively. Services include telephone and Web support, firmware upgrades, and next-business-day parts delivery.
SupportNet Premium (ES-SN-P*) Building on the comprehensive support offered with SupportNet, SupportNet Premium provides faster response
options for replacement parts: 2-hour or 4-hour around-the-clock delivery.
SupportNet Onsite (ES-SN-OS) If you don't have the in-house resources to match your maintenance requirements, SupportNet Onsite brings Enteras
certified engineers to your site, in addition to providing the other services included in SupportNet.
SupportNet Onsite Premium (ES-SN-OSP*) Delivering the same comprehensive level of engineering expertise to your premises as SupportNet Onsit
e
SupportNet Onsite Premium offers faster response options: 2-hour or 4-hour around-the-clock delivery.
SupportNet Software Application Service (ES-SAS) Maintain the best performance from your Enterasys software applications such as NetSight™ Atl
a
management and Dragon™ intrusion detection. Includes all maintenance releases plus minor and major product upgrades, 24x7 technical phone
support, and Web access to the latest technical information.
SupportNet Technical Access (ES-SN-TA) Recommended for customers who have ample on-site technical resources, including staff and replaceme
n
inventory, this level of service provides telephone and Web support, return-to-factory repair service, and firmware upgrades.

Find the product part number you wish to purchase maintenance for. Combine the SN Band with the level of service you are purchasing and combin

the two to form a SupportNet Part Number. For example . . . the part number C2G124-48 has an SN Band of "S04." To purchase Onsight Response
Next Business Day, you would order ES-SN-OS-S04.
