Loading System Image Software
2. Copy the software upgrade you want to install onto a TFTP server that the XP-2000
can access. (Use the ping command to verify that the XP can reach the TFTP server.)
3. Use the following command to copy the software upgrade onto the internal flash chip
in the XP-2000:

4. Enter the system image list command to verify that the new image exists on the
internal flash chip, as shown in the following example:
5. Use the following command to select the image file the XP-2000 will use the next time
you reboot the switch.

6. Enter the system image list command to verify the change.
Note: You do not need to activate this change.
system image add <IPaddr-of-TFTP-host> <image-file-name>
