Remember keeping a certain space on both sides to let the entrance/exit lie in the center of the

entire image.

The recommending height of installation as shown below:

5. Various changeable lights will disturb the people counting and the dark scenes will reduce

the accuracy of counting.

6. If someone is moving at a high speed (passing the detected area within 2 seconds), it may

result in detection failure. However, if someone is moving at a low speed, staying more than

15 seconds in the detected area, the camera will give up tracing.

7. If the cloth colors of people are similar with the color of the background, it may cause

detection failure.

8. More headwears which probably conceal the head features will lead to detection failure.

4.5.8 Face Detection

Face detection function is to detect the face appearing in the surveillance scene. Alarms will

be triggered when a face is detected.

The setting steps are as follows:
