.1.About SIM card.
The watch only supports GSM (850/900/1800/1900MHz)

and WCDMA (900/1800MHz)
7.1.2>make sure the SIM card doesn’t have a PIN code
7.1.3>To open the GPRS service for 30 minutes is enough
each month
7.2.If App always shows “offline”
7.2.1>make sure the IMEI number is right
7.2.2>Set APN, Please contact the SIM card telecom operator
to get the APN. Then send a message *5#APN* to the watch
by one of three family numbers.You will get the reply with
“Data account set ok”. If there is no reply, please send this
message “restore settings” to the watch, and then send
*5#APN*. After finishing the above steps, log out from the
APP and log in again to see whether the APP is online.
