For CAD syst em developm ent support, 3D const ruct ion dat a is available from EnOcean ( I GS
dat a) . Using this dat a, t he m echanical int erface is fixed, and the shape and surface of t he
rocker( s) can be changed according t o requirem ent s. Recom m endat ion for suit able rocker
m at erial is polycarbonat e ( buckling resist ant and wear- proof m at erial) . I t is recom m ended
to apply t eflon varnish in t he areas of act uation.
Please not e that t he rockers should be of nonm et al for best t ransm ission range!
Please also avoid plast ic m at erials wit h conducting ingredients like graphit e!

For m ount ing t he PTM 210 device int o an applicat ion specific case, t he package out line
drawings of the device are roughly dim ensioned in chapt er 1.4. I f m ore det ailed dim ension-
ing dat a device case is necessary, 3D construct ion dat a is available from EnOcean ( I GS
dat a) .
Mounting t he m odule back side on m et al surfaces direct ly or m ount ing t he m odule
int o m et al fram es can lead to up to t ypical 30% loss of t ransm ission range wit hin
a building.
