Here are estimates of autonomy, with the medium resolution (2664x1998 pixels per photo) using
only the battery energy (these numbers may be signicantly revised upwards by using the Tikee
under conditions of an outdoor time lapse on battery and solar panel) and with an ambient
temperature of 20°C:
Below 30% of battery, the Tikee camera no longer sends photos to the cloud but continues to take
photos and stores them on the microSD card. Tikee will send these photos (and next photos) as
soon as the battery is above 60% of charge.
Starting a timelapse sequence
Once the time lapse sequence(s) are set up, you can start the time lapse(s) from the status menu
on the mobile app by clicking on ‘Starting recording’, or by pressing the ‘Trigger’ button ( ) at
the rear side of your Tikee.
