Atthispointyoucanaccesstheprimaryaircontrol
damperassembly,thermostaticactuatorassembly
andthedamperreleaselever. Althoughthese
shouldn’tneedtobereplaced,theycanbeeasily.
Theprimary aircontrol damper assemblycanbe
replacedbyremovingthesmallspringhandlefrom
thefrontoftheunit,thenslidingtheassemblyout.
Replacebyslidingthenewassemblythroughthe
sameholeandtherod
throughthe
frontofthe
stove. Replacethespringhandle. Thethermostatic actuator assemblycanbereplacedbyusing
a5/16”sockettoremovethetwoscrewsthatholdtheassembly.Installthenewassemblyusing
the
sametwo
screws. Thedamper release levercanbereplacedbyremovingthe½”bolt.
Whenreinstallingthedamperbesureitisinstalledthesameaswhenremoved.
OPTIONALACCESSORIES
Blower:Thewoodstovewasalsodesignedforusewithaconvectionblowerforadditionalheat
circulation. Thestoveisconstructedwithsideconvectionchannelswhichallowtheroomair
blowertopickupheatfromthehottestregionsofthestoveandtransferitintothehome. The
mountingscrewsfortheblowerareinstalledintotherearconvectionchannelatthefactory;
mountingthebloweronlyrequiresa5/16”openendorsocketwrenchtoremovethesescrews
andinstalltheblower. Whenroutingthepowercord,takecaretokeepawayfromhotareasof
theunitandrememberthatthisblowerisforuseonlywiththestove. Please seethediagram
belowforclarificationontheroomairblowerinstallation. ThisunitcanusetheAC‐16(which
comesstandardwiththeunit)ortheAC‐30upgradeblower.Bothareinstalledusingthefour
factoryinstalled5/16”screws.
Theoptionalheatcirculationbloweronthisstoverequiresperiodiclubrication;thislubricationshouldbeperformed
nolessthaneverythreemonthsofnormaloperation. Toproperlylubricatetheblower,useaneyedropperor
similardispensingdevicetodrip5‐7dropletsofSAE20oilinto
theoil
portonthesideoftheblowermotor
SideHeatShield(PartAC‐W01SHS):
Installthesideheatshieldbehindthesideflangeoftherearpanel.
Alignthetwomountingholesandsecurewiththetwoscrews
provided.
Warning:Disconnectpower
fromfanbeforeinstallation.
