Are Your Towers and Your Installers Stretched to the Limit?
luma-Form antenna
mounts weigh 65 percent
less than their steel counterparts
and still maintain the same
strength and integrity. The use of
6061-T6 aluminum allows
Aluma-Form antenna mounts to
withstand wind speeds in excess
of 100 miles per hour and main-
tain man loads of over 750
pounds. Aluminum is naturally
resistant to corrosion and may be
left unpainted. Aluma-Form
antenna mounts are also compat-
ible with steel towers because of
the insignificant galvanic action
between the two materials.
Aluma-Form antenna mounts
also offer a huge advantage to
the installer because of the small
amount of labor required to
assemble and hang them. These
mounts ship almost 80-percent
assembled and require as little as
10 minutes to assemble in the
field. The combination of factory
preassembly and extreme light
weights gives Aluma-Form
antenna mounts the edge when
it comes to fast installations.
Aluma-Form mounting sys-
tems may be used on almost any
pole or tower configuration.
Adapters are available for mount-
ing almost any antenna-mount
configuration to angled tower
legs, pipes or even large concrete
and steel poles using the
patented Bolt-A-Band product.
Whether it is a sector frame for a
self-supporting tower or a co-
location platform for a mono-
pole, Aluma-Form has a mount
to fit your needs.
The lightweight nature of alu-
minum makes it an ideal choice
for co-location applications or
for reducing weight on over-
loaded poles and towers. The use
of 6061-T6 aluminum and the
latest technology for design,
such as Finite Element Analysis
and 3D Solid Modeling CAD
Systems, allows Aluma-Form to
design mounts that will fully
support any application.
Aluma-Form sector frames
come in 10-, 12-, 14- and
16-foot faces. Visit TESSCO.com
or call 800-472-7373 for more
information.

turing process has been opti-
mized to produce premium
VSWR and PIM levels for wireless
telecom systems.
The jumpers are available in
standard and premium styles
with 1/2-inch standard (LCF12)
or 1/2-inch superflexible (SCF12)
foam-dielectric coaxial cable in

Mated or unmated, the jumpers
are totally waterproof to IP68
and include heavy-duty strain
relief sealing boots.
The jumpers are 100-percent
PIM, VSWR and interface dimen-
sion-tested, and demonstrate a
low IM, typically –155 dBc or bet-
ter, with guaranteed maximum
VSWR of 1.065:1 (-30.0 dB) at
806-960 and 1850-1990 MHz for
premium jumpers and 1.105:1
(-26.0 dB) at 806-960 and 1850-
