7.1 Keypad Default Settings for IP PBX
IP PBX has some default keypad settings for general users to directly access functions via the keys on
a phone.
Keypad Description
If extensions are in the same pickup group

, any extension in the pickup
group can press *8 to pick up the call in ringing state.

*# + extension Press *# plus an extension number to transfer the call to the extension.
) When the caller from trunks press *# to transfer the call, the third party
will see the caller ID of caller.

7.2 Error Messages
Error codes could be seen at the bottom of the page when the configuration is not correct. Followings
are the meaning of the codes.
1000 User does not exist.
1001 Usergroup does not exist.
1002 Enter a password.
1003 Invalid User ID.
1004 Invalid Usergroup ID.
1005 Existed user.
1006 Cannot add a user.
1007 Cannot delete a user.
1008 Cannot delete the associated user with a usergroup.
1009 Cannot add the associated user to a usergroup.
1010 Cannot set an associated usergroup to a user.
