This fridge oers a variety of usage depending on your purposes as long as you
comply with the following precautions.

The problem and how to deal with
IMPROPER USAGE CORRECT USAGE OR ACTIONS
Operate fridge with door kept open
Door to be always kept shut when in
use to prevent frost or improper cooling
performance.
Operate fridge without closing latch
Latch to be always kept looked when in
use to prevent frost or improper cooling
performance.
Put basket(s) in a reverse position
Basket to be place at the correct
position to keep it from being damaged.
Put in and out divider more
frequent than necessary
Move divider only when necessary to
keep the gasket from being worn out.
Damage gasket of divider on
purpose
Handle the gasket with care. Damaged
gasket leads to inadequate cooling
performance.
Remove divider by grabbing gasket
To prevent damage to the gasket, always
grab the ENGEL logo when moving the
divider.
Block circulation air slots with food
or other objects
Do not block the inlet or outlet for inner
circulation air shown in section 1 in the
appendix Blocking these locations will
lead to inadequate cooling performance.
Wash divider with water
Divider may fail when water gets inside.
Follow the cleaning method specied for
the fridge interior
Divider positioned on green mat
Green mat and divider to be properly
positioned to prevent inadequate cooling
performance.
Remove the parts constituting
circulation air slots and clean the
slots
Do not clean the circulation air slots by
yourself. Doing so may lead to accident
or failure.
