The SECO-LARM 8-Channel MDVR (Mobile Digital
Video Recorder) is an intelligent MPEG-4 MDVR
specically developed to meet the rigorous requirements
of a transportation surveillance system. Built with an
anti-vibration mechanical structure, the SECO-LARM
MDVR also incorporates robust electronic components
for operating in a wide range of harsh environments.
The SECO-LARM MDVR incorporates many necessary
features for vehicle applications in addition to the general
surveillance functions offered by a regular DVR. Users
can locate the vehicle’s position and record the speed
and route of the trip by plugging a GPS receiver into the
RS-232 port, and/or wirelessly send messages out with a
GSM transceiver connected through the USB interface.
