Modem Responses
NO DIALTONE if no dial tone is detected
NO CARRIER if call cannot be set up
CONNECT <value> when connected in a non-voice call (data

BUSY if dialed number is busy
OK when successful voice call or TA ends
current call and returns to command mode
Example:
ATD>FD2I
The TA will dial the number stored in memory location 2 the fixed-dialing
phonebook. The call will block the CLI when made.
