9.2 Defining text with variables
Text properties that support variables can be edited with the "Define text with variables" property
editor.
The text field at the bottom contains the text being edited. Variables are simply mixed-in with
static text and enclosed in square brackets [ ] (see Variables on page 290). The list boxes and text
fields in the top portion of the property editor offer guidance for dealing with variables, as
explained below.
