You can use these buttons for commonly used
tasks:
The Job List
You find the Job list at the left-hand side of the
main Instant PDF window.
The Job list is split into two separate lists:
•The Jobs in Progress list contains the jobs
which are currently being processed and jobs
which have been paused. You can click a job
in this list to see its progress.
•The History list contains the finished jobs and
jobs which have been canceled. You can click
a job in this list to see whether it has been
completed successfully or not (failed).
The Job Information Area
You find the Job information area to the right of the
Job list.
This is where you can see details on the selected
Job. These can include:
• Basic information about the job, such as its
name
• The job’s current step in the workflow
• Any actions you need to take

The Help Area
You find the Help area at the bottom of the main
Instant PDF window.
The Help area gives you brief, specific instructions
or background information about the buttons or
options where you rest the mouse pointer on. You
can access the corresponding Help topic for more
information by clicking the Help button ( ).

Button Usage
PDF
Queues
Click the PDF Queues button to see the PDF
Queue list.

Jobs
Click the Jobs button to see the Jobs lists.
Pause
Click the Pause button to interrupt the
processing of a job temporarily.

Resume
Click the Resume button to resume the
processing of a paused job.

Cancel
Click the Cancel button to stop processing the
job permanently. The canceled job will move to
the History list.
