Preferences > Jobs History
Limiting the Number of Jobs in the History List
You can limit the number of jobs that will be kept
in the History list. You can specify:
• The maximum number of jobs that should be
kept in the list
• The maximum number of days a job should
be kept in the list
To set the preferences for jobs in the History list:
Choose File > Preferences > Jobs History on Win-
dows, or Instant PDF > Preferences > Jobs History
on Mac OS X, and follow the on-screen instructions.
