 Rotate the wheel a nd che ck f or s mooth
rotation.
 Connect the speedo cable to speedo drive and
check for proper working of speedo meter.
 Tighten the pinch bolt on the RH fork guide.
REAR WHEEL REMOVAL
 Place vehicle on center stand on a firm and
flat surface.
 Note and mark the position of the ch ain
ad ju s t e r b u t ti n g
with the stopper on
the right side.
 Remove split pin
and castle nut on
the RH side.
 Re m ov e wh ee l

taking care not to

collar an d spacer
from the RH side of
the wheel.
 Tilt vehic le to LH
side and slide out
rear wheel.
